Jason W. Lee is a writer/director from Vancouver, British Columbia who simply stated is a film fanatic. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Alberta where he had enrolled in some film production courses, Jason made the move to Vancouver to pursue his dream of film making. In 2004, he founded a successful production company, Invention Films, where he produced documentaries, commercials and corporate videos. While this gave him a career, it was always dramatic storytelling that drove him forward. In 2010, Jason wrote and directed the documentary, ’Andre – The Gypsy in Me’, about the life and tragic death of a homeless Vancouver musician. He has been writing relentlessly for years, honing his craft as a screenwriter and director and has several feature scripts ready for production with Sandcastle Pictures.
